They are courteous on the phone. Their prices are fair. The techs are clean, show up on time, they kept my house clean, and they respected my home. The work was done quickly. The thing that impressed me most was the fact that they really care about the work they do and they really wanted me to be happy with the work. They didn't just do the work and disappear. They weren't satisfied until I was. I can't say enough good things about them. As a business owner myself, I am very particular about how things get done and how I am treated. They exceeded my expectations and I will definitely call them first when I need more work done. You can't go wrong by hiring Dutch Heating.

In an after-hours call, took my blower apart and determined the ENTIRE blower had to be replaced. "Ray" said he would have to "research" the problem. A friend removed the motor that was bad (the blower, itself, did NOT have to be removed). I contacted Dutch Heating twice during the day (Tuesday, July 29) and provided the information off the motor ID plate. During the ENTIRE remainder of the day, no further word was received from Dutch Heating. I remain without A/C and have not been provided any information as to part availability or when repairs could be completed. I've been a Dutch customer for several years and resent this poo treatment/service!
