Brooks-Huff Tire & Auto Centers

I've been going to Brooks Huff at Leader Heights for over 20 years.  Besides tires and oil changes, I do my routine car maintenance there - they keep up with what needs to be done according to manufacturer's recommendations and let me know what I might need to think about for the next visit.  I use my Goodyear Charge for larger purchases and can pay off in 6 months with no interest.  They listen to what problem I'm having and look for the answer, and do preventative maintenance to help me avoid future problems.

When I took my Jeep in I was told it would be a few hours and they would call when it was finished. About 20 minutes later I received a call asking what the dealer told me exactly. I told them what was on my paper work and they informed me that there was NOTHING wrong with the identified issue and no repair was needed. They could have just simply done the repair, or told me they did the repair, and I would have been none the wiser. I now have a new repair shop that I trust. I will never go to Stetler again.

Whenever I have used them for basic maintenance and repairs, things have gone smoothly. All work is completed on time and with a smile. The front desk managers are always friendly, professional, and helpful. That said, our last experience caused us to lose faith in their ability to diagnose and fix more complex issues. Our Coolant Light had been going on for a while, and they simply could not locate a leak at first. Then they found a small one, fixed it, but completely missed copious amounts of oil in the Coolant. My husband found it in five minutes - after they had "repaired" the car. Again, they are great for basic maintenance and repairs, and they are good guys....just need more experienced, knowledgeable mechanics for the complex issues.

This is AAA authorized and they were running a special for an oil change and tire rotation. I made an appointment and took my car at the appointed time and they did the work right away. Very nice friendly staff. My daughter takes her vehicle to the Brooks-Huff in Shrewsbury and she highly recommended them. I am taking my car there in September for the vehicle emission testing and inspection.
