Hello! My name is Brandyn, a 29yo from the york county area with BIG aspirations of owning my own business, "J.O.A.T. Industries" JOAT is an acronym for "Jack of all Trades" though do not let the old saying fool you. I have been in the trades (Demo, HVAC, General Contracting apprentice, Painting) for over 8 years and have learned a lot in that time. I currently work in the Painting division for a construction company which mostly handles commercial/industrial bids but the majority of my experience has been residential work. Willing to offer services ranging from, TV mount and similar installs, door trim install, baseboard/quarter round install, drywall hanging, taping, skimming, finishing, repair, Full Painting projects ( Walls, ceilings, doors, trim..ect), demolition, junk removal, and more. Working efficiently on the job, communicating effectively to the client on the task at hand, while keeping a clean work area are high priority. So if you're willing to give a young, enthusiastic tradesman a chance to further himself, I can guarantee I will put my all into your project with the respect of a small business owner and the professionalism you would expect from a large company.
