They provided a quote to reseal my driveway and fill some cracks. When the crew arrived onsite, we showed them a few areas we were concerned about and they were very responsive to our requests. I was surprised how quickly they worked and the driveway looked great when they were done. I would hire again

It went pretty well. The price was very reasonable. The driveway looks new now.

Mr. Sipe came over in the summer of 2016 and gave me an estimate. I couldn't hire then due to other projects being done. I called in June 2017 and scheduled it for July 2017. The quoted price was the same. The two workmen showed up as scheduled and went right to work. They worked a good two hours and did a great job. I even told them they were Blacktop Sealing Artists. I gave them a tip. I am very pleased with the job. It just makes my place look so new!

Excellent. This company is run very professionally and does the job right. They brush on the sealer rather than spraying it which prevents extra sealant from landing where you don't want it to.

The job went fantastic, they used a blower to clean off anything that may have been on the driveway then hand brushed the coating on the driveway. The entire driveway was gone over, not one spot was missed. I was amazed at how clean and professional the men were. The put cardboard down on the street so nothing would drip or spill on the road. When they got to the end of my job they but a carpet mat down to step on and clean there shoes so nothing was tracked in the yard. I would highly recommend Sipe's to anyone looking to have a seal coating job done. They are clean, neat and work hard to give you a great job. A big thank's to people at Sipe's for understanding the situation I had happen to me and for them being quick to respond and do my job.

• My initial call was returned within one day and the work was scheduled within a reasonable time. The crew showed up exactly on time. They cleaned the driveway and cut in along the edges. They even had to work around a travel trailer that was parked at the end of the driveway. They took great care not to get any on the house or the trailer. The men were very courteous.

We were extremely pleased.  Scott did this while we were away.  He did it at a lower cost than other companies and his work was much better than the work done when it was sprayed on 3 or 4 years ago.  I will definitely hire him for other properties that I manage.

They had the sealant in a tank that they brought to our place and they brushed it on the driveway. It was asphalt. We were very pleased. They were very good, we were pleased. They were very responsive. They were very professional.

The company responded quickly to my quote and gave me a price immediately following their assessment. The employee who did the quote was professional and cordial. He explained their application process and assured me that the driveway grass would be edged, that all other vegetation would be cut back and that the driveway would be blown off before sealing. The quote also included the filling of all major cracks with hot asphalt sealant. They showed up when they said that they would and they performed all of the work as they had previously described it. They did a beautiful job and all employees were professional and pleasant to work with.

I live in a townhouse community and my neighbor's driveway is adjacent to mine. When I had asked Sipe for an estimate, they gave me a separate estimate for mine and the neighbor's work. I think that was very thoughtful of them. We accepted the quote and asked him to do the work.
Scott Sipe was punctual. He came with 2 other associates and they resealed the driveway. Excellent work, they took care of the edges and the corners. Very happy with the work and the outcome. I'll definitely use them again for the same work.

Mr. Sipe was punctual and courteous. He even accommodated us when we requested our date of service be pushed back a week. When he arrived, he and his partner got right to work. They edged the driveway and cleaned the driveway off all debris and dirt before they got started. Mr. Sipe and his partner then hand sealed the driveway with a squeegee and didn't spray it on. This ensured that the sealant went on the driveway and not on the house or in the yard. They went above and beyond and even filled in some cracks in our driveway, which was not part of the contract. The cost was the same as the estimate and he was happy to take a personal check. The driveway still looks as black as the day he sealed it, and I think it will stay that way for sometime. The people at this company were very friendly and I received my quote quickly. They had the best price out of all of the quotes I received and did a wonderful job in a timely manner. My driveway looks great!

This is the 3rd time I have had Sipe's seal my driveway over a 10 year period. They brush it on instead of spraying which makes for a much neater job. I would not consider even calling anyone else to do my driveway. They are very busy ,but worth waiting for. The weather dictates their schedule but Scott will get you done as son as possible. I highly recommend them A++
