The installer was not only knowledgeable, but experienced and concerned that I, as a new customer, had all of my questions answered and the detailed information I needed if any glitches occurred post installation. Even as simple as whether a given TV was set up on HDMI or on Channel 3 or 4 and the router sign-on information. His approach was greatly appreciated.

Their prices are high (although most cable companies' prices are high) and once your original promotional prices run out, you can't get any decent deals to save money. Their on-demand also doesn't have as much content as my former cable company had, the internet always seems slower than it should be for the the tier we are subscribed to, and the on-demand gives error messages much too frequently when you try to access it. I was told by my former cable company that they can't provide us service because Blue Ridge has some kind of exclusive deal with my township to be the only cable provider. The saving grace is that they do have great customer service, but I would rather save money.
