Fike Bros Carpet One FLOOR & HOME

It went great. The technician (chris) was very professional. He showed up on time and worked hard until the job was done. I know that he ran into some issues with the floors being un-level and water damaged. It is an old building. But he stuck with it until the job was done, working on a Saturday to finish. He called me when he had questions. All the work was done well. Finished product looks great!

From the very beginning, they were great to deal with.  Jennifer is so accessible and helpful.  John came out to my house to do measurements and he was very professional.  I could have gotten it a little cheaper, but I wanted to keep the business in our community.  The installation was painless and they always made sure to clean up and keep the home neat.  I can't say enough about the service.  The carpet I ended up buying is probably the best I have ever owned.  I highly recommend them.

We always enjoy buying carpet from Fike Brothers. Their sales people are friendly and not pushy, but willing to help in any way. Their installation crew does a great job installing carpet and you don't need to worry that they will destroy anything in your house as they bring the carpet in or as they go in and out to their truck for tools, etc. They are very professional and they clean up their mess and run the sweeper before they leave. They are on time and work with you if you need to change an appointment time. We purchased our carpet in May and they held it until August, until we got the room ready. We highly recommend them.
