Piedmont Design Group is a landscape hardscape design company. We take pride in excellent customer service and old world craftsmanship. Owner Stephen Balaam has a degree from Delaware Valley University in Ornamental Horticulture /Environmental Design Our company originally started in1993 doing design work for well known landscape companies in the Bucks County area.
