Horrible. Totally imcompetent and unprofessional. Crew shingled over our Yankee gutters, first filling them with work. Rainwater cascades off the roof like a waterfall. New had to contract with another roofer to correct the problem at great monetary cost. Never, ever use Martin. They are also slobs and made a mess. Careless and inconsiderate.

"Sometimes, you just can't satisfy a customer. I understand this after being in business for as long as I have. In this particular case, this job was completed by another roofer 2 plus years ago and the customer was not satisfied. When asked to take this job on, I was apprehensive, because the previous job was satisfactory. I was urged to move forward, so I did, to satisfy the customer. I learned during the install that 4 other roofers declined to do the job, because there was nothing that would be different and then they would be caught up with an unsatisfied customer, as I am. We were not hired to replace or repair the gutter system, but due to the numerous layers of muck from previous fixes, we tried to repair a gutter system that needed replaced; our first mistake, doing more than what is on contract. We went out on numerous occasions to help satisfy this customer, going above and beyond what we were contracted to do. I hope this customer finds peace within himself."

Words cannot express how happy I am with the quality of Darin's work. He came out before and after the job was done and even followed up to make sure I was happy with the work. I'd highly recommend his services to anyone looking for roof work.

The work was amazing to watch. The team arrived promptly and had the roof stripped within 2 hours. They replaced a couple of bad plys and added a gable vent system and ridge venting where they didnt exist before. Once they got the first 10-15 feet done up the front, Darrin asked me to look and see what I thought. We saw a small area that needed to be angled differently and the team quickly adjusted and made it perfect. By the end of the day they finished the entire roof, cleaned up all the stray materials and I have yet to find even so much as a nail in the yard. After the cleanup Darrin walked around again with me to review the job and he pointed out a spot that I didnt even notice but he felt needed more attention. He had a team member come back the next day and adjust to his satisfaction. I cant say enough about the attention to detail and willingness to make everything perfect.
