Glenn was absolutely fantastic from the very first meeting all the way to closing on our home. Being a first time home buyer my husband and I had no idea where to start or who to contact. I found Glenn through an online facebook group post asking for realtor suggestions. Glenn contacted me personally and suggested that we start by first contacting a Mortgage lender for pre-approval then to work with a realtor. So I took his lead and we made a call to Glenn. He spoke with my husband about the documents we needed to gather and we set up a time to meet. He made it super convenient for us and came to our home and filled out the application and took our documents. Within a few days Glenn got right back to us with our pre approval and we were on our way to look at houses with a realtor. Once we made an offer and it was accepted on a house Glenn once again came to our home with all the paperwork to move forward with the mortgage process. He took his time explaining all the figures and how it works, answered all questions, and even was so kind to take our call while he was away on vacation with his family. Any time we had any question and would call him he always got back to us right away. His knowledge and expertise really shows and we feel very fortunate in finding him. In a process in which it can be very overwhelming and even scary at times he made us feel at ease and very comfortable the whole way through. Our dream of owning our first home would have not been possible if it was not for Glenn and the outstanding job his does. I would without a doubt contact him again if and when we move on to our next home and would recommend him to anyone.

Glenn's and Federal Lending rates/pricing were excellent. I'm usually hesitant working with brokers in the finance industry, but Federal was great. Glenn is very responsive, honest, works hard, and patient. He is also willing to educate you about the complexities of mortgages. His underwriting team was also solid. Closing and post closing went well for both properties. The only ding is I wish I was given more notice of the closing date for the investment property. However, this was not completely in Glenn's control.

The process was seamless. Besides providing the needed bank application and company information, Glenn handled everything else. He gave me several updates on where we were within the bank's process as well as an estimate of when the approval would be given and he was spot on relative to the timing. The rate and terms from the bank were as promised. I plan on using these funds for additional purchases and I will be back to Glenn in the future for additional funding needs. As a business person, I want an honest assessment, reliable timeframe and deliverables as promised, i.e. RESULTS. That is what I require and that is exactly what I got. NO EXCUSES JUST RESULTS!

Glenn was able to help me get financing even with self employment income. For the friend that I referred to him, he found private funding for the purchase price plus enough extra to cover the necessary improvements. When the project was done, they were able to refinance with $100k worth of equity!
