I took my computer into G2 and they immediately did some diagnostics on the battery and let me know it would need to be replaced. They would do further diagnostics to determine what was causing the shut down errors. They were very courteous and knowledgeable, and I love that all of my information was already in the system for my contact information, computer history, and that I had Apple Care for my computer.
They called me when they had the diagnosis (my hard drive also needed replacing) and when it was ready. I got it back pretty quickly, especially given it was a holiday weekend. They worked with Apple Care to get the services and hardware covered for me, and they went above and beyond with helping me to restore everything on my machine. I will buy my next computer from G2!
