Recently we had our kitchen cabinetry refinished by Fava Renovations (609-216-4077) of Yardley. Toll had put in Yorktowne cabinets with a Thermofoil finish that most painting/refinishing companies would not attempt to handle.. It took a long time to find someone that had good experience refinishing these cabinets. They used a new epoxy paint that adhered to the Thermofoil. They werenâ t just painters, they were artists. Their work was explicitly detailed-really amazing and their final cleanup was immaculate. Cosimo and Clem were always prompt, clean, and respectful, it was a pleasure to having them working in the house. It was a great experience and we are very pleased with the results. Oh, and it was the right price. To assist us, they also provided a colorist that helped us select the right color, shade, and finish to match the room.

Cos and his team delivered an excellent finished product. They painted our entire first floor and two-story foyer. The walls and molding had many imperfections that Fava worked out and made to look new. They were reliably on-time to the job and cleaned up at the end of the day. We were very happy with the results and would recommend them to anyone.

I hired Fava Renovations to paint our family room which has a vaulted ceiling. They made the necessary repairs to the ceiling and painted the entire room. They did an excellent job. I hired him again to paint two other rooms. They arrived early and worked the whole day. They always left everything clean. i was extremely pleased with his work.

The workers were so kind and worked hard to get my house ready to sell. They painted the entire house, including the garage, walls and floor. They made repairs, and did what ever needed to be done to sell our house.. after everything was Said and done our home looked so good it sold in less than 1 week., the work done was Stellar. I've hired Fava Renovations 3 times over 14 months. The projects included: Interior: Painting 4 rooms - 2 of which required Wallpaper removal and wall repairs; Staining the wood trim around a bow window (and matching the stain to other wood in close proximity); Exterior: Staining a 2-tier deck, painting a chimney, power washing the whole house. Cos and his team are amazing! The attention to detail on every job is reflected in their high quality work. I've received many compliments on the finished rooms. The team is friendly and very respectful of my property. I highly recommend them!

I got 2 quotes to paint our newly finished basement and Fava came in $1100 less for the same job, was able to start within a few weeks (rather than months out) and the work was awesome.... I wouldn't change a thing! Professional and fair and great looking end product. Thank you!

Cos and Clem do excellent work. They did exterior painting which included all the trim around a new front door, garage doors, and a gazebo. Great with communication, very timely, and made some suggestions which were helpful. I would hire them again for future projects!

Expert painters. Perfectionists. We could not have been more pleased with Cos and Clem and their high quality work. They painted our entry hallway, stairwell and upper hallway, 4 bedrooms (2 with accent walls which are gorgeous) and the family room, which was very dated. They used all Sherwin Williams products and exceptional technique to repair the wallpapered foyer and hallways (no messy removal). Another part of their outstanding work was painting our old stone fireplace/attached wooden bookcases. See the photo below. It is my dream room. They also painted the ceiling beams which completed the HGTV look!! These guys are professional and personable. You won't be disappointed!!

Cos and Clem were very good, cleaned up and made sure everything looked good. They even put up my smoke alarms for me for a nominal fee. I would definitely recommend them and use them again for any painting projects.

I am not easy to please and FAVA was so great do deal with. I wish all contractors were like these guys. They came and painted a few rooms including a kitchen and the workers were super friendly and clean. The price was very fair and the end product was amazing. The last painter we hired cut a lot of corners and FAVA fixes it all and were professional from start to finish. I highly recommend them.

Price of project included a free session with a colorist whose input was invaluable. Every wall was sanded and prepared for paint, two coats of Sherwin Williams applied, all lines and cut-ins were clean. Upstairs bathroom walls had lots of damage. Walls looked perfect when finished. Workers were on time, polite, friendly with good work ethic. Owner, Cos, was professional and kept us informed of plans for each day. Couldn't be happier!

We hired FAVA to paint our home and get it ready to put on the market. Cos (the owner) and his team did an excellent job in our home. He was kind, engaged in the quality of work being done, understanding of our needs. They all went above and beyond to make sure we were completely happy with the work done. They cleaned up every day before they left, returned ready to work when they said they would be back. Our job took 6 days ( they painted our entire home plus a lot of extras) we actually hated to see them go. I highly recommend Cos and his team . My dog even loved them. We have them coming back to power wash our home and paint our garage. The bottom line is the price was right, the work was done in a timely matter, the job was done perfectly, the guys were respectful and comfortable to have around. Dealing with FAVA was a good experience. I would hire them again.

We hired Fava Renovations to paint various rooms inside of our home. Cos the owner is friendly, easy to talk to and very pleasant. Also he is a stickler for detail. The workers Buddy and Joe were friendly and pleasant as well. They were all really wonderful people. I have an autistic child and they all were respectful of her situation. She was comfortable with them being in our home. The finished product was more beautiful than I could have imagined. It was an overall great experience for us all. I would highly recommend them.

Cos and his team did an excellent job. They painted the interior of our new home and worked within our time constraints. Cos was able to add trim and molding to areas of the house, which looked beautiful and not every painter is able to do this. On a personal note, Cos and his team were friendly, professional, and really a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend them to anyone without hesitation.

My experience with FAVA Renovations was excellent. They were not the cheapest bid but I'm glad I picked them because I thought they would do high quality work and that is what they did. I appreciated that they worked with me on the colors and materials and on how I wanted things done. I got a superb job with no headaches for a very fair price.

They were accommodating beyond belief! Professional and respectful! He didn't rush through it! Will be using them again soon for other projects!

He is friendly, listened to what I asked for, and explained what he was going to do. He prepared us for all costs, details of the job, and when it would be completed. I plan on calling him to do more work in the future.
