Doug came out to look at the project. He e-mailed an estimate detailing the repairs and prices for each. Scheduled the date and time he would be able to start. He then called and reviewed the work and how the job went. I then received a final invoice via e-mail and he gave me all receipts for materials and I gave him a check.

He did a phenomenal job. It was really great, he followed up, he was courteous and helpful. He was very professional, very clean and very quick. He would look to find alternative methods to save money, he did everything in a timely fashion and he showed up when he was suppose to show up. I had some issues with the deck settling and he came back and look at it and actually did it for no charge. he made some adjustments.
