Cranmer's Kitchens By Design

We hired Cranmers based on their excellent referrals.  Kristen was our design contact and did a fantastic job of learning our needs for our kitchen, laundry, and powder room and then designing the plan to fit those needs.  When the job started, Tom and his crew were superbly professional in all that they did.  We had a dumpster on-site the entire time. The crew was there each and every day to work on the project. They were professional and respectful in their work hours and their work progress. They cleaned up at the end of each day.  They answered all of our questions and made changes where we requested them.  We had some ?extras? that we thought of after the construction started.  Cranmers handled all of these with the understanding that it often happens during construction and they were able to accommodate all of our new requests/questions/changes/concerns/etc.   We wouldn?t hesitate to recommend Cranmers to anyone doing a remodeling project.  Other friends who have gone through a similar process all have a negative story to tell about their experience.  One of the best things we can say about Cranmers is that we have no ?bad story? to tell.  Every issue or concern that we had was immediately addressed.  You can?t go wrong with this company.  Post-construction, whenever we called with a question or an issue, they came back to help us through it.  We're thrilled with the kitchen.  It gets rave reviews from all who come to our house.  In our experience, Cranmers is a stand-up company who offers first-rate customer service and superior quality work.

We were very pleased. We sent Suzanne back to the drawing board several times when our eyes proved bigger than our budget. She smiled and said "let me work up the numbers." We had several meetings, she got a sense of what we wanted, then we met at the house. On subsequent visits, she scheduled the installation company and counter folks at the same time as a visit from her. This proved very helpful - we'd never had a project this big before, and she knew exactly what to ask and point out to the subcontractors. She insisted on certain items "because I know you'll wish you have it" like light valences. We had no clue! We got samples of floor tile to A/B in the kitchen, and she noticed that the colors were a bit off from what she thought it would be - it turned out that it was a different run of the same design we picked out. We ordered tile from the first run. Without hesitation I'd recommend working with her.

KRISTEN TOOK THE TIME TO GET TO KNOW US AND OUR NEEDS. WORKED WITH ALL THE CONTRACTORS AND SUBS, SO WE DIDN'T HAVE TO. ONLY PROBLEM WAS THE TOWNSHIP LOST THE PAPERWORK FOR THE PERMIT. KRISTEN WENT TO THE TOWNSHIP THE DAY WORK BEGAN AND HANDLED IT PERSONALLY. HAVE RECOMMENDED THEM TO OTHERS WHO ARE USING THEM TO DO A BATHROOM.
