It went well. We had an issue were an appointment was done but they never came. One week later i receive an invoice for services rendered but the services were never performed. I did call couple of times and it took several phonecalls to get someone on the phone. I discussed the issue with the company, they apologized for the inconvenience, and came to do the job. The job was done to our satisfaction after the issue was resolved.

I am completely satisfied by the work performed by CB Irrigation. Paul and Drew answered all my questions and provided a top-notch sprinkler system for my property. The job had a number of challenges, due to the size of the property and the need to run water lines underneath my driveway. But CB Irrigation was up to the task. The system is working perfectly, and CB Irrigation completed the project in five days, as promised! ... The project was performed by well qualified  and experienced professionals employed by CB Irrigation.  As this is a complex landscape, some technical and physical layout challenges were successfully addressed.

We are new homeowners and called CB Irrigation to activate the sprinkler system installed by the previous owner.  As it turned out the system was not in functioning order - they took the time to check everything out and explain all of our options to bring the system up to working order.  We agreed and they did the work the same day.  They were wonderful to work with, professional and courteous, and the total cost for the job ended up being less than the estimated amount.  We would absolutely recommend them!

Allow me to provide background of the service experience that I have had with CB Irrigation through the years.
We purchased our house in 2000 that had an irrigation system that was installed by Paul Brophy of CB Irrigation in1983.  This system consisted entirely of turf heads and a control panel that worked with timers.  We expanded the landscaping at our house through the years and gradually added drip irrigation to all landscape beds and utilized turf heads for the lawns.
As the original system was dated, we updated our control panel 2 times through our 13 years with CB Irrigation.  In the fall of 2012 we updated the control panel and created zones for each section of drip irrigation, turf and micro tubing for flower pots.  Each zone had specific time allotments for watering.  A soil sensor reads the moisture content of the soil and only permits watering when the moisture level is below a designated setting.  A rain gauge also shuts down watering during periods of rainfall.  
Paul has provided us with excellent service through the years.  He tailors his advice to the needs of his clients.  I would highly recommend CB Irrigation for either new irrigation installations or the service of existing systems.
