Not well. The house did not sell in 45 days even though we priced it as she suggested and made the improvements that she requested. It took more like 120 days and again, I'm not exactly sure what she did to market the property other than put it on the multi-list. I would imagine that there are other very qualified agents in that office, so this is not a knock on that office location, just this particular real estate agent.
