Keystone Gutter Helmet, LLC

Had a new roof installed, Keystone took down gutters and reinstalled when roof was completed. Had gutters reinstalled by Keystone, after that we had several clogs. I contacted Keystone in which they said I would be put on the schedule. They never came, never returned any of my phone calls. Do not hire them, they do not stand behind their work.

Tim did a great job for us. He was able to complete the job within 24 hours from the first contact and made the first contact within about an hour. I would recommend him to others.

The man who did the work was kind and personable, neat and efficient. Will be calling the same company in the fall for another gutter cleanup.

The crew sent was very professional as well as easy and comfortable to work with. One person explained what was found and offered a solution. The estimated cost was comparable to the data provided by HomeAdvisor.

Todd (owner) was very courteous, came and gave an estimate within a few days and then performed gutter cleaning on house and detached garage the next week. Actual work cost was within estimate range. He repaired a gutter that was loose and also trimmed some tree branches that were hanging over garage and clogging up gutters there with debris. Would highly recommend this contractor and will use again in the future!

They called and came out prompt even though I wasn't set up for an appointment but they did a good job, professional attitude, good mannered, fixed minor things and cleaned up after. I haven't received a bill yet so that could change my view on value.

Super responsive! Cleaned outside of house, cleaned gutters and even made minor repairs on gutters. Just had a heavy rain and we could see a huge difference!! Thanks and will use again.

Only complaint is I wasn't informed as to when the job was going to be performed! Came home one day to find my Gutter Helmet sign in my neighbors yard. That's when I learned there was a truck at my house. Job looks great! Glad to see my neighbor went with you guys! I spoke highly of you!

Keystone Gutter Helmet was so easy from the first phone call. Todd was great!! He worked with my schedule, and did a great job cleaning the gutters, which I knew was going to be a task because of the trees we have around the house. I would definitely recommend them and after we move, we will definitely have them back at the new house. Thank you again!!!
