Very bad experience.Never refunded any money or performed any service.

We had contracted with this company which is owned by the same owner as Kitchen Express, John Mosca. We paid $1740 down and after more than 2 months and several calls to this company we still did not have an installation date. We were told that this job should be done in two weeks after the template work. Each time we called there was always a I don't know story when the work would be done. We started doing research on this company and found out that the vendor who we thought was going to be installing the countertop would not do business with Mr. Mosca because he does not pay his bills to them. After this we got a call from another installer to come and do the template work. We refused to have this company come and do this work because after finding out that vendors won't work with this company we felt that our countertop would be put in, we would pay another 40% of the contract and the work would not be finished. We also found out that if the vendor would not be paid we would have to pay him. In short we opted to get out of the contract. We signed papers that released the company and us out of the contract. So for our 1750 dollars we received the ceramic tile quoted for the job worth about $200 and only at our request. So from this report I just want to inform people to be careful when contracting with this company. A company that supposedly does not pay its vendors is probaly a company that will take off with your money. We admit that we chose to not have the work done but, we wanted to limit our loss and not have our kitchen torn up for months. There was no offer to refund our money and thru our salesperson we asked for it and we were told there would be no refund. So I submit to everyone, a business owner who takes money for doing nothing certainly does not seem like a business owner anyone would like to contract with.
