I called Wave of Delval. They did not charge to come out and see the problem. I was shown the Ventilation unit. The next week the installer came and installed the unit in a few hours. There was no mess left behind and the installation was clean. There have been no service issues. The Wave Ventilation Unit has been running since the installation last year. My basement is clean and dry, with no musty smell.
