WALL CRAFTERS

Steve is not very good about returning phone calls. It takes him several days to get back to you. The painter was sloppy, leaving paint on the window panes and a trash can. The wallpaper hanging was okay, but not great.

We got lucky. After checking Angie's List we called Wall Crafters and they were able to do the work the next day. Chris arrived promptly and was very pleasant and neat. The work was very well done and when he finished he cleaned up and left the place looking great.

I called an left a message initially. They returned my call about an hour later. I explained what I needed done, they asked me several questions about the room and the paper I selected and they quoted me a price. We agreed on a date for the work to begin. I called back a few days later to confirm the date. On the day of the job the hanger couldn't find my home initially, but called for exact directions. His getting a bit turned around made him about 15 minutes late. He sized up the room and set about the task. He finished in about three hours and did a masterful job.

THEIR PRICES SEEM VERY REASONABLE FOR ALL THEY DID. I AM PLEASED WITH THE OUTCOME OF BOTH THE WALLPAPERING AND THE PAINTING. I AM PREPARING TO SELL MY HOUSE, AND I AM TAKING STEPS TO MAKE IT LOOK THE BEST POSSIBLE.
