Their oil change is $19.95. It was very nice. I am always happy with them. They did it in a timely fashion, and they were done in like an hour. They also gave me a tire rotation. They gave me coffee, and I sat and watched television. The waiting room is very comfortable, and the people are very nice.

They didn't fill my windshield wiper fluid and the pump was defective. They offered to replace it but I haven't had time to go back in because of my packed work schedule. When I have time I'll have them fix it. Always been courteous and professional any time I go in.

The check engine light and suspected fuel light- this was an ongoing issue for about a year, under Firestone's supervision. Unfortunately, this time, Firestone removed and replaced the vent solenoid (at a cost of $185) only to have the check engine light return on after we drove off the lot. After calling Firestone and explaining, this was the 3rd time they had looked at the car for the same issue and it was not fixed, they agreed to refund our money and recommended bringing the car to the dealership. The staff and store manager (Ted) were all very helpful and polite during this process.
We would recommend using Firestone for routine work (i.e. oil change, tires, tire rotation, inspection, parts) and commend them for recognizing when something is outside of their ability. We continue to bring both our vehicles there for routine services.

They give excellent service at very reasonable prices. Customer service exceeds expectations. I go to them for all car services. I never go to the dealer unless it's a recall.

What I love about Firestone in Wynnewood is their honesty. They won't recommend work on your car if it doesn't need it. I appreciate that. Most places will try to take advantage of you, especially if they thing you don't know anything about cars. Firestone staff is always respectful.

Firestone clearly lied in this case and I suspect that this is a relative common practice. Fortunately, I was only out the $20 they charged me to provide an estimate and a "diagnosis". Had I been a fool and let them do the work they wanted to do, it would have cost me more than $650.

I have always been pleased with their service. They give you an accurate estimate and always call if they need to exceed that estimate. I find them to be much more reasonable than other repair shops.

They have always been very efficient. I was able to make an appointment and they do the work in a day. I have not had any problems with them pushing things to me that are unnecessary. There was just one instance when they did not do something right.

I was very satisfied and plan on using they again for all my auto service needs. As a side note, there are coupons for Firestone online and they also accept competitors coupons.

It usually takes them a little bit longer to do the work then they initially said. I use them regularly. Six months ago they did an oil change for me and about halfway back to my work the engine started to smoke. They had left the oil cap off. They changed the oil again and they cleaned the engine for me for free. They do not always do the job right but they will fix their mistake for free.
