I ordered a fruit arrangement to be delivered to a house for after a funeral on Sunday, October 20,2014. The funeral was at 12 noon. The arrangement was not delivered until 4:45 in the afternoon. By that time, most of the people left. When it had not come by 3:30 we called and they explained thatt we were one of the last deliveries of the day.. When I ordered, this, I said the people would only be at the house for one day. . I assumed it would be there at a much earlier time . . When we called Monday and Tuesday, no one returned calls. Terrible customer service. . We'll never order from them again.

Without any notification, they came by today with this "birthday " gift from my daughter to my husband.
Description of Work: Two out of two times - not delivered. First, dropped on neighbor's doorstep (neighbor contacted us late when he returned from late at night). 2nd time no delivery at all (although I checked with neighbors). Don't expect apologies for poor service. You'll get excuses and rudeness. This is not a reliable company.

(I left the price at $0 as this was a gift.) As noted, the delivery was late. My brother placed the order online and they (i.e. their web site) promised delivery on 7/6, the day of the party, but it arrived on 7/7. We discovered when my brother called them, that the sole person in the Villanova PA location (where the order went) had to leave early due to a personal problem and the person who was on duty the next day decided to take process the order then. They gave my brother a full refund. The arrangement was well done and all of the fruit was ripe, fresh, and firm. So all things considered, I feel a B grade is warranted. It definitely would have been an A had the timing worked out better.

This review relates only to the Edible Arrangements store # 645 in Wynnewood PA. This Rating started off as a solid F, but ended up a B. A week before Valentines Day I ordered, for my wife, a surprise Valentine edible arrangement via the national Website. This arrangement would be serviced by the store closest to me ? Wynnewood Store #645. Valentines Day came and I expected a call from my wife. By 5pm nothing. I called the store numerous times with no answer. I called the national number and was told delivery would be before 9pm, 2/14. By 10pm, no delivery. I had to bring my wife into the loop. I understood it was Valentines Day. Flower shops, Restaurants and Edible Arrangements stores are very busy. Things happen. My issue was I received no communication from the store, as to why the delivery was not made or apologizing for the delay. On 2/15, I called the store and was told there were delivery issues on 2/14. They were apologetic and delivery would be a top priority. By 3pm, 2/15 my order had not been delivered. By this time, my wife felt, since this was a ?fresh? fruit arrangement it may no longer be fresh and requested a new one be delivered. We were told the new arrangement could not be delivered until 2/16, as it would have to be made fresh. The order was delivered at 4 pm, Sat. My main issue was not the lateness, but that except for one call from the store, all contact was initiated by us. What brought this grade up to a B, was the manager called me and my wife, apologized profusely, gave us a full refund and had a nice box of chocolate/vanilla covered strawberries sent to my wife. He admitted there were issues that needed to be rectified. I will use the store again, taking the manager at his word and hopefully bring this rating up to an A
