"I'm sorry to hear that this customer had a bad experience. All that was necessary was to return the items which we would gladly redo for her at no charge. I have no clue how a duvet could come out lumpy since they are basically flat and insert a comforter inside. She never contacted us since we a 100% guarantee."

"Unfortunately, this customer was not happy with our work. Nor was she happy with the prior cleaner she had before us which she clearly failed to mention in this review. In my professional career, whether it is my current business or in previous positions, I've found that there are people with completely unrealistic expectations that cannot be satisfied. We guarantee our performance 100% and are more than happy to handle valid complaints in a timely and professional manner. I should have known from my very first conversation, or should I say extensive interview that this was an account I shouldn't have accepted under any circumstance. Although we normally fold most sweaters sometimes they need to be hung because of the structure of the garment. My presser who has well over 30 years of experience felt that the sweater needed to be hung because of the structure of the garment. We do not, nor have I ever seen a bare metal hanger being used for a sweater. Anytime a sweater needs to be hung they are put on hangers with foam to protect the garment. Enough said about that I didn't see the original packaging as I was not at my plant at the time of shipment. We are after all human and mistakes happen. An entire order, I don't think so! I can't address the shirt it was not returned for a redoing. I am very proud of our reviews and of the staff that performs all the labor. The reviews you read other than this one are all real and I resent the suggestion that this person would make a comment of how shocked she was! You decide, one poor review or a majority. I am quite upset by this review and apologize sincerely that we were unable to meet this persons requirements. Try my company you won't be unhappy."

"I wanted to thank the member for his review and I'll get right on getting the quality upgraded to an A. As a matter of fact I just printed this out to take to my plant! He is a valued customer and I'll do everything I can to make him completely satisfied. As far as price goes, my prices are typically 20% - 30% lower than other concierge services offering a similar service. In general my customers often ask why my prices are lower than the local cleaners. My typical answer is that I don't waste money on wasteful packaging that gets thrown in the trash anyway. Besides, less trash is good for our fragile environment.Also, I'm continually doing market research to make certain that my pricing is as good if not better than the local dry-cleaners that don't offer free pickup and delivery. One thing that consumers aren't aware of is that most, not all, dry cleaners inflate prices and then offer what I consider false discounts. In addition to that if a dry cleaning store does offer pickup and delivery if may or may not be free and they never give those discounts. In other words, a dry cleaner may have a suit price of $12.95 or higher and offer a 20% discount on Tuesday. However if you have it picked up and delivered that discount does not apply to your order. I'm actually quite happy to see any rating because 1-Less Chore can't get better without feedback, so thank you again! Ken"
