The photo below is what one of my gutters looked like AFTER they were supposedly cleaned. Another contractor brought it to my attention and told me I needed to have my gutters cleaned ASAP. I told him that I had just had them done a few days before and he told me that that was absolutely impossible that there were actually plants GROWING out of my gutter. What makes it worse is that some of Greg's workers came just a few hours before the photo was taken (since I had complained) and said the gutters were clean. Seriously? Am I some kind of fool? Does that look clean? And, I doubt that between 10am and 3pm on a sunny, beautiful day, they would get YEARS worth of debris in them. They came by today after I complained AGAIN and they just looked at it and LEFT! He refused to clean this gutter that was obviously overlooked when they cleaned the others. But, he begged me not to give him a bad review because he has kids. Seriously? I have kids, too. And, I am not going to pay for a job that was not done. All he had to do was clean this one gutter today, apologize that it was overlooked and be done with it. I would have paid him on the spot. I am utterly flabbergasted.

No pressure, easy to deal with and his team came out the next day. Did a great job IMO.
