They were courteous, prompt, cleaned up after themselves and took the old tank away. He beat another price I had also.

They were top of the line! They were professional, prompt, and their pricing was fair. They do really good work. The owner is a class act. They did exactly what I asked them to do and all of the employees are very respectful and professional. I am a designer and I have also used them for projects.

I would never use them again. He contracted the painting and electrical work. He does not have good customer service skills. He did not give a proper response for my questions. I would definitely never recommend him for tiling. For two weeks, the tile in our bathroom looked terrible. He just brushed us off with his responses when we asked him about it. He was on time every day. He wouldn't put the handles that I requested on the cabinets. We had an argument on it and he was actually going to charge me more money for that.

Mr Bulter came to talk of the renovations I wanted. He measured and did a very thorough inspecction of the kitchen and the basement under it We talked of the changes I wanted and if they were possible. He gave me a list of cabinet stores he used. I found a different one. After viewing what I liked Mr Butler wne to the store to determine if they were the proper quaility. When he ok'd the materials, I paid for them and they were delivered. Everything was here waiting when he arrived to start the work. Any incidential supplies he purchased, he informed me, kept receipts and I paid for them at the end of the job. I paid him in three payments 1/3 at the beginning, half way thru and at the end.
