More knowledgeable sales people is how they could improve.

They said the windows would keep everything nice and warm in that room and they haven’t since then. The sales guy was great. His name was Scott and the guy who put them in did a good job in explaining stuff to me. I think the caulking job could have been a little smoother.

I just bought a house. They did the appliance installations. They installed the dishwasher and the microwave.

The problem was the responsiveness. We were promised that the garage door would be ready by mid-October, but then heard nothing. When we would try to get ahold of people, they'd call us back just as they were leaving for the day, so if we missed the call and returned it 5 minutes later, we would wait another day. Things dragged out for weeks. The first person to inspect the garage door was rude to my wife. The garage door installer (a separate contractor Home Depot called in), was hours late without informing us, then argumentative and defensive toward my wife. The work on the door seems good a month later. It seals. It opens and shuts. The trouble was the three-month process to get to this point. We were promised, and did receive a refund after complaining about the communications problems and they hauled the old door for free, but the process was so long and draining that we will never do business with Home Depot in Cheltenham again.

I thought that when they came in they did a very good job. I was very pleased. I liked that it was a very fast installation from 8:30 am. to 3:00 PM. They sent out the crew leader first and we scheduled a time with his best installers.

This was an awful experience because it was always different sub-contractors working of the project,t therefore I could not build a relationship with one particular contractor to let them know exactly what I wanted. The work took five months to get done because the constant change of the contractors.

This was a massive job. It took just over a week for them to finish it. They did a great job. They were prompt and efficient and came back multiple times to check over the work. Everything is guaranteed -- they even give you gift cards to cover anything like damaged flowers, etc. The price was very reasonable. We had a company that wanted to charge us as much for the tear off alone as Home Depot charged for the entire job! It was unbelievable. I can't say enough good things about them.

THE LOCK WAS CHANGED, BUT THE PROBLEM PERSISTS. I SPOKE WITH SHEREE, THE EXPEDITER IN THE MILL WORKS DEPARTMENT. HER DEMEANOR WAS LESS THAN PROFESSIONAL. SHE SAID SHE WOULD CALL BACK BUT DID NOT RETURN THE CALL AS PROMISED TO RESOLVE THIS MATTER. PAYMENTS WERE MADE BEFORE THE DUE DATE, IN GOOD FAITH THAT THEY WOULD FULFILL THEIR OBLIGATION. SHE HAS NEVER RESPONDED TO COME FIX MY DOOR, AND THE DOOR WILL NOT LOCK CORRECTLY.
