What seemed to be a great choice, was the worst decision we could have made. We hired him on February of 2006. The job was slated to be done by May of 2006. As of December 2007, it was still not finished and we were $147,000.00 deep with this company. Between vacations and excuses of being sick and simply avoiding us, we were taken advantage of and cheated. We also feel they were very dishonest with their approach. We found out that the homes that were shown to us were those belonging to family members, not customers. When some of the work was done, which was done by secondary employees, there were constant problems. When it rained, it would leak through the electrical outlets, and doors were not hung straight or would not work. The workers were not professional; in appearance or performance. My neighbor had to install a security system for fear that they would try something. We have tried to communicate and our family members have tried to get a hold of them, but they are not returning our emails or phone calls. He did come out one time to sticky notes on things that needed work, and to this day, they are still there. We have decided to take them to court and we are currently in litigation. Please do not use this company. They are not honest and or professional. We will never use them again.
