Sparkle wash was very efficient, their cleaning was superb, however the left streaks on my windows which I thought should've been rinsed.

They did a wonderful job. . They were steady at their work and worked quickly, but thoroughly.
Also we were impressed with their personal appearance and actions. Very professional.
We were given an estimate that would be the highest they would charge, plus the number of hours it would take. Because they did the work quicker, we ended up paying over $200 less than the estimate.

The overall experience and quality of work was outstanding!.  Lou Lavetan responded promptly to my e-mail inquiry for an estimated to set up an appointment.  While performing the estimate, Lou walked me around the house and explained exactly what would be done and provided me with a written quote on the spot.  We scheduled a date for the service that best fit our needs.  On the day the work was to be performed, Lou showed up with his crew and introduced us and explained everything to us so we knew what to expect.  After the work had been completed, the crew member walked me around the house and explained everything he had done to ensure I was satisfied with the end result...  We are more than satisfied with the end result, our house looks brand new!!!!  The whole experience was great, Lou and his crew were professional, very friendly, and delivered outstanding results.

He supervisor employees on what the expectation was on the job. After the work was finished, Lou inspected the job to make sure it was up to standards. He made sure the work was as good as if it was his own house. Was very reasonably priced.

After looking at the work to be done a few weeks before they actually did it, they came to do a test/sample to make sure they would be able to achieve what I was expecting.  Typical of Lou Lavetan which is one of the main reasons we use his company for this type of service.  The morning they came to complete all the rest of the work started slowly as the nozzle they had was faulty.  Because it put them behind schedule, Lou came in to help the person assigned to our job so they would finish on schedule.

We did have some "peeling" of the flagstone, but most of it is 53 year old flagstone, so it was certainly understandable.  They cleaned all our patio furniture including cushions, got everything that was bare wood to look new again, and the stone was not only clean but safe to walk on when wet once again. 

I plan to have SparkleWash come out once/year to "touch up" the surfaces which will prevent them from growing too much moss and lichen (??) so that, when it rains, it will dry out faster.

Lou is very professional from start to finish as well as extremely knowledgeable in regard to his profession.  He was a pleasure to deal with and we feel that he is very honest and trustworthy.  His workers that came to do the job were very thorough and professional.  The day of the service, Lou stopped by to follow up after it was completed.  As we walked the property, HE actually pointed out some areas that I had overlooked that he felt they could have done a little better at getting cleaned.  He told me that they would stop and clean those areas free of charge next time they were in the area.  That is an owner who really cares about his customer and his business.  If it would not have been for those couple of small areas, I would have given the job a 100% satisfaction.  How about 99%!  The house looked absolutely beautiful when they were finished.  We purchased the home 3 years ago and I have personally spent hours (twice) to clean the stamped concrete patio, composite deck and gazebo using hot water, cleaners and brushes.  I could not get the green/black dirt/mold off regardless of how hard I scrubbed.  When Lou told me that they could do it, I have to admit that I doubted it.  I shouldn't have.  The deck, gazebo and patio look absolutely incredible.  All Bright and Clean.  We were honestly amazed.  All in all, We were very impressed and I would highly recommend Lou and his Sparkle Wash Services.  Job well done!

2 employees arrived on time, worked very hard and asked several times if everything looked okay. When I asked them to go over a particular area, they were very happy to do so.

Overall, it was a good experience. Lou was great to work with. Hard to tell a big difference with the vinyl siding....can see difference with porch, walkway and sidewalk. Not sure I would do it again for $400.

I texted Lou to ask if they could remove paint from brick.  Within a 1/2 hour he had come by to see the wall and texted me back with a quote.  They came back the same day to do the work. And we were given before and after photos with the invoice.

Lou Lavetan was very professional, courteous  and explained how all the services would be performed.  The crew were very respectful of the property.  I was very pleased with the results.
