Smith Waterproofing did the job in one and a half days. The Smiths and crew were extremely neat, pleasant to work with, did not waste time, and did a superior job. In short...totally professional. They have my highest recommendation.

Smith's was as knowledgeable as any of the 4 and talked us through the process and with Mrs. Smith assurances of cleaning as they went while jackhammering as well as doing the same process as the other 3 but underbid the others for our 145 linear feet of trench with waffle board, weep holes and covering with cement. They only had to cut 4+ inches off the bottom of my paneling and were able to work aroung a built in book case, sewer pipes, closets and load bearing wall successfully. My wife was very surprised at how there was so little dust left. They covered all our belongings we had moved to the middle of the room and were very careful.Smith's were very careful with installation of the sump pump to the extent they installed the elec. receptacle and buried my sump pump discharge pipe in my yard. Everyone was terrific in their crew and were very cordial as I took pictures and ask questions while they worked. Our job was done very, very well and we have not had any water. We would recommend them highly for waterproofing in finished or unfinished basements where there is a water problem. They cleaned up very well both inside and outside and up our stairs and blocked off doorway to kitchen while they worked. Great Job!!!

Would HIGHLY recommend Smith Waterproofing. They were on time, worked extremely hard and finished the job within the time they quoted us at. The crew was very professional. The entire job went smoother than any other service we have had done on the house previously. The cost was well under the national chains, they designed a solution for our basement that was specific to our problem, and did not try to sell us services that we did not need. Call this company first, don't waste your time with anyone else.

I think the best endorsement I can give is that, since their work here, we have not had a bit of trouble with water entering our downstairs, even during Sandy last October and the ten plus inches of rain last week. Prior to Smith's work, I would have been working for hours and hours.

Company was very responsive.  Assisted in moving shelving and boxes in order to install battery back-up.  Arrived when scheduled.

Company was very flexible concerning time and date.  Arrived at agreed upon time.  They were very good about prepping area to minimize dust.  Work was well done and so far after two very rainy storms, I have not seen any water.
