River Valley Landscapes and Pools

We didn't have a good experience with River Valley. They paved around our pool. Everything caved in. It's still that way. We spent a ton of money. They said it settles. I told them they didn't do a good job whatever they did. I know a lot of pavers where their work doesn't settle the way theirs did. I wouldn't recommend them. They wouldn't do anything to fix it. It happened right away. I own my own company and I would never treat a customer the way they did. They put it in at a certain cost. Then they turn around and didn't want to stand by their work. I would never do anymore work with them. The price was high but I thought we were getting a good deal. They did the job and left. They were very busy but that's still no excuse for them not to stand by their work. They did the work right away.

The gentleman who gave us an esimate was very punctual as was the crew of three who came to execute the job. We are very pleased with the beautiful garden that they created.

They are fantastic! One of their landscapes architect, Chris Hock, did the planning. We walked around the yard together and we have been extremely pleased. They allowed us to landscape in stages, which allowed us to add pieces to the puzzle over a timeframe that best worked for us.
