They are excellent, very responsive, and they make sure they mow when it is not too wet. They have over-seeded our lot and we have also been able to grow grass in our lot as well. We would highly recommend them.

It went very well indeed. We are all happy with the landscaping, workmanship, and price. I would recommend this service. This was done in a timely matter.

The bed looks beautiful.  Two plants did not survive the planting and they were replaced without our asking at no charge.  Naturally as with any seasonal outdoor work there were a few delays and one shrub we wanted was not available so a close substitute was suggested.

It snowed, he removed it.

He came in and took the branches down and disposed of them.

Contracted with Demott's Landscaping Service after searching on Angie's List.  Unfortunately, there were not many reviews for Landscapers near our location, however, we thought we would take a chance since the owner, Bayard DeMott, seemed like a personable individual.
We spent over $8700.00 during the year for new garden beds, low voltage lighting,  tree service, gutter cleaning and lawn service.  Even though he was going to do the snowplowing, due to the mild winter, snowplowing was not necessary.
When DeMott's Landscaping originally installed our front garden, three (3) of the plants were diseased, died and had to be replaced.  When they were replaced by DeMott's Landscaping, they were replaced with more diseased plants.  When it was subsequently pointed out, we were told by Mr. DeMott  what the disease was and told the plantings would be OK.  After doing research on the Internet about the disease, it was discovered that these plants would NOT be OK, so we were apparently misled by Mr. DeMott. 
An email was sent to Bayard Demott expressing the following "I am really questioning your qualifications as a landscaper after myself researching what is wrong." "You should be able to recognize diseases of plaints - not the customer finding them out."
After several emails, without a reply,  to confirm that DeMott's Landscaping would be plowing our driveway this winter, we finally received a response from Bayard DeMott stating  "I found your email about my qualifications as a landscaper rude and offensive, please find a new landscaper, we are no longer interested in servicing your account."
Had we not sent several emails, I doubt that DeMott's Landscaping would have let us know that we were being dropped as a customer.  To be dropped as a customer without the courtesy of a proper notification is quite unprofessional.
I suppose our one (1) year warranty on the plantings from this service provider are now worthless.
 
 

Nonetheless, reliable and dependable, and well priced.

I was very happy with the excellent plowing of my drvieway and shoveling of my walkway. I have 3 cars in the driveway and they cleared the snow between all the cars. They arrived each snow storm between 4am and 6am depending on when the snow stopped. The last big snowstorm was over 12", so the total charge was higher at $77 which I thought was very fair considering how long it took them to clear off everything. Highly recommend.

His price is great but he does fair work; I've seen guys cut lawns better. He is a conscientious guy and I would recommend him. He doesn?t come for snow removal unless it is over three inches and he?ll charge more if it is over ten inches.

We liked them so much as our landscapers that we hired them back for the winter, as well. We really like them and think their prices are great.

Bayard DeMott called & scheduled an estimate promptly. Arrived for estimate on time. He was not aware that his business was listed on Angie's List. They performed the work as scheduled and as we discussed. My only disappointment was that plants were ''dumped'' in their temporary location. While they are only there temporarily, I expected they would be placed and arranged somewhat neatly, with some soil/ mulch built up around root balls.

MR. DEMOTT CAME OVER A FEW TIMES TO ANSWER QUESTIONS. HIS WORK WAS DONE QUICKLY AND CLEANUP WAS EXCELLENT.

DID A VERY GOOD JOB.
