I sold three properties at a 3% fee for the buyer's agent. I literally saved $10k+ on each property sold. I can't believe that people use traditional realtor's when these services exist. One complaint, they kept spamming me with "request for update" emails even though I closed out my sale. After a dozen emails they finally fixed their IT problem.

Our house was on the market for about five weeks with just listing on craigslist.com and with the Pittsburgh Post Gazette. We had many people view our house but we received no offers. After listing on the MLS network, we had an offer within two weeks. We offered a 3% commission to the buyer's agent, but we saved thousands from not using a full-service agent listing our house.
