About 10 years ago they put a furnace in for us and did a very good job. Every couple years we would call them to get our furnace cleaned and they did a very good job. This past winter we called them quite a few times to get our furnace cleaned and they never returned our calls so we had to get someone else.

He tried to deceive us, and admitted it after Frank Forester told us what he had done. The guy knew he was in the wrong. The number is right on the furnace, as to what part # is needed, he didn't have one in stock and tried to put another one that was similar because it was the middle of the night.
