The driveway looked OK at first. Then the problems started. A hole in one section (may have been caused by groundhog and not their fault), edges falling off, pock marks everywhere. The real problem is the customer service or lack there of. They came out twice to look at the problems. Said they would come out to fix it. I spent months trying to get a date, etc. The rep said he sent me a quote by email and fax. I have logged 15 calls, 23 emails, and 4 Facebook comments I 6 months. Not once did they respond until recently and he said he sent me a quote. Then why didn't anyone say that any of the numerous times I called them. I have dealt with a lot of bad customer service but theirs is the worst. For $22k, I expected so much better. Save yourself the hassle and avoid this place.
