The handle broke off of my toilet and I couldn't flush it. Another plumber installed a new handle, which lasted a week. When I couldn't contact them, I called Boiler Services. Although my scheduled vacation inconvenienced him, he made time to perform the service. He listened to my problems: broken handle, and toiled required unusual effort to flush. He replaced everything and used a metal rod instead of a plastic one to ensure it wouldn't break again. It took perhaps half an hour. It's been two months since the work was done and I haven't had a problem yet. The billed me promptly by mail. My only complaint is that he left without letting me know he was gone.

Exceptional! Chris, Nate and his helper are fantastic people. They're always prompt, efficient, neat and very fairly priced for their great services!!

We got Boiler Services Inc. to repair are toilet, and dripping bathroom sink faucet. The toilet needed a new wax ring, and flapper, and also needed to be unclogged. The sink faucet needed new stems, and washers. They performed all of the work very quickly, and efficiently, and did a excellent job for a very reasonable price. I will definitely get them back for any plumbing needs in the future.

I have used Boiler Services for a LONG time! I highly recommend them for both plumbing and heating services. I do not have air conditioning, so I haven't had the opportunity. However, it starts with a phone call to Kris (Mrs. Mangus) and then Nate comes to the house ON THE DAY HE'S EXPECTED and mostly on time. The only thing that may hang him up is the previous job - if it happens to take a bit longer than he expected. It doesn't happen often because he's quite experienced and can estimate the time needed to complete a job very well. But not to worry, if he gets hung up, either he or Kris will call! He's knowledgeable, courteous, professional, and incredibly reasonable! He even takes his shoes off when he comes into the home, should he enter through a main floor as opposed to the basement! I have already called him on a weekend with a heating or plumbing emergency and he came out in the winter to fix the heat problem. And when he couldn't make it out for my plumbing problem on a Sunday evening, he told me exactly what to do to hold me off until Monday morning. It was MY choice not to have him come out on Sunday night - we were able to make it through till the morning, no problem. He's courteous, informative, and gives you helpful information when you ask questions. I'll never use anyone else for plumbing or heating needs! Like I said, I've had Boiler Services here for years for different things and I have always been pleased! Nate and Kris are really good people!

They were great. They worked smoothly and quickly. Everything was done, cleaned up and operational in a single day. I was so pleased with the excellent service that I have had them for several other jobs, and recommenced them to my friends. I even recommended them to my brother-in-law! If I have any problems with heating, I call Boiler Services inc immediately without hesitation.
