Third time we used Kirk Lee, owner of K.T.&L. He is licensed and insured. Comes right on time, has everything he needs in his well-equipped large construction repair truck. He has been in business many years and is time efficient in his work. He can remodel which he did for us in 2004 with a bathroom sink and cabinet, he redid some basement plumbing in 2005, and as a general contractor can offer the roof and siding service we needed in 2014. His repairs held perfectly through all the high winds of this winter. He designed and placed flashing around basement window and outside drain area to SUCCESSFULLY end water leaking into house which FIVE other contractors did not accomplish.
