Great! Chris and Joe were very courteous. They explained the issue with my furnace and what cost to repair would be before doing any work. Work was completed and I’ve got heat again. If I ever need someone to work on heating issues I’ll call CJ’s for sure

Everything went according to plan. Chris is fantastic!!! He knows his products. He recommended a Diakin. This has a heat pump as well. He measured out the house went to his handy dandy calculator, asked us how cool we like the house and how warm in winter. Then came up with his recommendations. He told us about the brands he offers and thought Diakin offered the best bang for the buck. This has more features than the Mitsu better warranty and Chris will back it. He took a day and a half to install. Very professional he did a superb job. Went over the controls, he even filed the warranties too! Its really amazing on how quiet this is and fast it works. I have the outside unit just outside a window. With the unit running full tilt you cannot hear it with the window open. Chris did a great job installing it, he ran the water drains exactly where I wanted. He even changed them once because I changed my mind. I give him 5 stars. I recommend him with no reservations.

Excellent ! We called Chris at 10:30 p.m., explained our problem and he came right over, even though we were not his clients. He was very friendly, professional and courteous and most importantly - he got the job done ! Would definitely use him again !
