This was a surprise for my partner, whcih meant it had to be done during a short window of time when he was not home. They accomodated this perfetly and it worked out great

I made several calls to locate a company that was insured to come and give us an estimate on tree removal. After making contact with Tree of Life an appointment was set up to come and view the prospective work. Some unforeseen problem came up causing the appraiser to be late. He did call and said he would be at our home within 15 - 20 minutes. He did arrive on time per his phone call. Very professional, focused and willing to discuss additional work. He left telling us that it may be a couple of weeks before he could get to our tree. We were in no hurry so that was not a problem. They came back later the same day and took down our tree. Very professional. It just worked out that they were able to work in our tree that day. We do plan to use them for some additional work.
