did good job.

Overall, having one person to manage all the subcontractors was exceedingly helpful. With the size of the project and all the moving pieces, it would have been very difficult to get through the maze of electrical, plumbing, masonry, earth moving, carpentry, specialty pool work, and the permitting processes involved.
John was very easy to work with and made it nearly seamless for when he did contract out. The primary subcontractor (Tim) was also very easy to work with and helped turn the plans into a workable design on the fly without impacting overall costs. There wasn't any major problems that weren't overcome. While we wouldn't recommend the deck contractor he used for us, all other subcontractors did a good job and John worked with us to remedy the work done by the deck folks.
For anyone else undergoing such a major renovation, I would recommend spending a little more time focusing on water run-off and spacing between objects. While John and Tim did work with us on the fly to modify the plans given the build list, a little more up front time on our part would have been the cherry on the cake. You will also want to schedule the finish landscaping (grass) immediately following the earth moving or you'll end up with more work on the back side filling in unexpected water channels and cleaning up mud runoff.

They give good service and they are very knowledgeable. I would rate them high all across the board and I would use them again in the future.
