Zach was prompt, polite and knowledgeable. He could have just replaced the pump in the basement (at a higher cost to us), but instead he identified the problem as a simple clog. Everything is working great!

This is the second time we have used these folks to do work in our house. This time they moved our sump pump drain pipe from the outside back yard and ran it along the ceiling of our basement and took it out the front of our house into the Storm drain where it is now draining without causing major water issues in our back yard. They were here just a short time and the two people had our problem fixed in short order.

It was our extreme good fortune to be referred to Nolt Companies by our neighbor. Their work and craftmenship has always been excellent, meticulous and conducted in a very creative and thorough manner. The projects that I have presented them with have all had their own specfic challenges and they have mastered all wonderfully. Our shower was in a complete state of disrepair. Nolt presented options that I did not even know existed and were much better than the ones I had considered. Given the dimensions of our old shower were incompatible with the new one, they took great care and hard work to make sure all was installed perfectly. Our porch had some rotting pillars which they managed to selectively remove and replace without having to dismantle all the columns...all the while matching the wood and color of the existing ones. Our current project is the sprucing up of a tired looking bathroom. I trust their judgment so much that I have asked them to find fixtures and sinks for me, saving me the hassle and time of looking myself. I would highly recommend Nolt Companies and am pleased to offer this reference.

Zach and Chris were quick to come over to assess our water issue. They are easy to talk to, trustworthy, and very professional. They explained two different ways of dealing with the problem and were honest about the pros/cons of both. We felt comfortable having them work on the project while we weren't home. They disposed of our old water softener and set up the new one promptly. They were very clean and did a great job! We will definitely contact them with future house projects.

This was the first time I used these people and it won't be the last. I had set up an appointment for them to come and reset the toilet after new floor installation. The flooring took a little longer then expected so I had to change the time. This was no problem. They came right on time and had the work done in half an hour. One did the toilet the other did the disposal.. Billing was handled on an I pad and I had my receipt before they left the house. We spent a few minutes talking during the payment period and my husband mentioned an issue we had with our water softener. They asked if they could take a look and while they were here they changed a valve on something that had leaked on occasion. This was done at no charge to us. Very nice guys and very organized.
