We have dealt with them at different points in time for fuel and checking the furnace and that kind of thing. We have nothing bad to say about them and we would use them again. Every time they have been prompt with service and prompt with delivery to the whole nine yards. This house is relatively new; it's been in the ten or eleven year old mark so it doesn't have a lot of different things that need to be done with it. We have had no problems with them. My husband always checked their prices and everything online so they would have been well within the price range of what they needed to do. They come when they say they are going to come. They work with our schedule. We've been here since 2007 and we've been using them since 2008 because we didn't need fuel oil the first year. They were very good. Their prices are fair and the quality of their work is good. We will call them again this season. They were where about the best pricing at that time. They were one of the best companies that we had contacted that were very prompt with the call back. We called, left a message and they were prompt with the call back. We were like everyday out trying to get the big deal when it comes to filling our oil tank. We were trying to find out who had the best prices and everything. A lot of the other people that we called offered us different plans and told us if we didn't do a plan, it would cost more every time they come out.
