"In response to the member's comment, on behalf of J.C. Contracting, we would like to state that we did perform the roof tune-up, but it was considered unsafe upon inspection due to the age of the roof and its poor condition. Therefore, a full roof inspection was done, and our professional recommendation was to have a new roof installed with a lifetime guarantee. After several unsuccessful attempts to contact the member to discuss all options, unfortunately, the member was unable to be reached. As a result, the member was unresponsive to numerous attempts (by telephone, email, and in-person) to contact her in order to serve her roofing needs with excellent workmanship. It is at this time, that we would like to extend our sincere concerns for the member's home improvement needs by offering the member additional discounts to what we have already offered. We have had the pleasure in working with the member and we are always striving to satisfy our customers in any way that we can. J.C. "Thank you for the review, but our company did go above and beyond to make this a satisfactory job considering it was known from the beginning that this deal is offered for 6/12 pitch (walk-able) and under. This roof was a 10/12 pitch and we still moved forward because of the customer's health concerns.
