"Thank you for the review, but our company did go above and beyond to make this a satisfactory job considering it was known from the beginning that this deal is offered for 6/12 pitch (walk-able) and under. This roof was a 10/12 pitch and we still moved forward because of the customer's health concerns. We feel that we did an excellent job and would hope any customer reading this review would see the honor and dedication we stand by, as we always put the customer and their concerns before ours. JC Contracting repaired an ongoing issue we had in the back corner of our flat roof, after three different roofers tried to fix the problem. JC Contracting provided us a couple of options, but we chose to go with a full replacement with 10 year warranty. Happy to report there has not been a problem since! Great job JC Contracting!
