The technician arrived at the expected time. He was very professional in appearance and manner. He found a difficult leak located within an interior wall and repaired it very efficiently and professionally. After completing the repair, I asked about another, less urgent leak (expecting an estimate) and upon inspection, not only did he have the parts, but he repaired this one as well. All before lunch! Exceptional!

The technician arrived during the scheduled time. The inside components were checked and the permanent air filter was washed out. Checked the condensation pump and blew out the pipes. Proceeded to check the external compressor and fan. He was helpful and answered several other questions I had.

Smooth easy experience from start to finish. I was able to deduce the cause of our low water pressure after researching the subject online. Armed with that knowledge, I asked the dispatcher to make sure their repair person came equipped with the proper equipment and replacement valve---and they did. Plumber was very friendly and helpful, completed the job in less than 2 hours, restoring pressure to our showers again. The repair cost seemed fair, beween 2 and 3 hundred dollars.

I would definitely use these professionals! The sales and service support person, that came to look at what needed done, was on time and professional. There was no cost for him to come out and look everything over. He thoroughly looked everything over, including the new fixtures we wanted to use. Andre informed me on how I could save money by using different fixtures. He even said it would be easy for me and my fiancé to install the other fixtures by ourselves. You could tell he was a genuine and caring employee, not just looking to take our money, as so many other businesses do. Andre followed up our consultation with an email and stated we did not need to email him back if we decided to do things ourselves. My fiancé and I already got the fixtures that Andre suggested and will be installing them ourselves this weekend.

We had water dripping into our basement from the second floor bathroom. After calling a couple of places, one of which promised to call me right back (but didn’t respond until nearly 6 hours later) and another that was going to charge $150 just to send someone out, Groff’s was able to set us up with a convenient appointment. Bill arrived right on time the next morning, even giving us a courtesy call to let us know he was on the way. He was both methodical and careful to try to diagnose the source of the leak with as little damage to our walls as possible. He eventually discovered our leak was related to the bathtub drain and overflow. Throughout the process he gave us options of how to best proceed and never tried to upsell us any extra services. He even let me help him with the new drain installation rather than calling out a second technician. When he left, we not only had our leak repaired, but he installed an access panel (to make future work easier) and gave me some helpful advice for some DIY projects I had been considering! Not only do I plan on using Groff’s for all our future plumbing needs, but I plan to specifically request Bill (although I’m sure all their plumbers are great!).

The amount of space to work with was tight. They had to be very creative to get the return duct to fit. They also built a box under unit so air would flow from bottom upward. It took some creativity to get it all to fit. Beautiful work!
