+ -1 moreI left 2 messages on their voice mail (which did not identify itself as Wharwood Upholstery) before finally connecting with a person on the 3rd try. He did not identify himself and I had to ask if it was Wharwood. I asked for a quote for replacing 6 leather straps in the seat of a glider rocker. The cost quoted was per strap and exceeded the price of the rocker when it was originally purchased. I was asked if I had the metal clips to secure the straps, which I did. But that did not seem to change the price. I am looking into purchasing the leather strap and doing the work myself. Overall, the customer service was poor and the cost was high.
Description of Work: Nothing. I did not opt to use the service.
