DO NOT HIRE. Paul came to my home to look at a leaking sink faucet. Paul was at my home for under 30 minutes and charged me $187 to tell me that the faucet could not be repaired and I would need to replace it. He took pictures and told me he'd share them with the parts guy and follow up. A week later I called back having not heard and spoke to the part guy. The parts guy said Paul never spoke with him but that he would follow up with me, which he also did not do. In the meantime, I repaired the faucet myself at zero cost -- I needed new parts but I contacted the manufacturer and they were happy to send them. I continued playing phone tag with Stanley Cooper to try to talk to someone who would refund me for the useless visit. The operations manager was defensive, unaccountable and the call ended up with me hanging up to write this review.

They did a great job. Gave us a great price. Very happy with the price. Very happy with product but up until when the air conditioner froze up and it's only been 3 years.

Terrible, incompetent plumber arrived, not equipped with full tools and equipment, didn't know what he was doing. New on the job. Had to have work redone with a supervisor. Wasted lots of our time.

The office called to tell me that the technician would be here within 30 minutes. Bill arrived within that time frame. I explained what was going on with the heat not be balanced in the house. He made adjustments to the ducts to balance the air flow. He offered additional options to force more air into additional locations of the house that just can't get enough air, but wasn't sure if that would work or not. I declined the additional work since it wasn't a definite fix.

I obtained the faucets directly from the distributor. The provider installed the faucets backwards three times. I ended up getting a new plumber who installed it correctly, and the distributor reimbursed me for my plumbing costs.

Our contractors arranged for them to come in. They did a good job and they were really fast. They were professional. I didn’t communicate with them directly because our contractors dealt with them. I couldn’t believe how fast he was and when I asked him, he said, he works really hard to be as fast as possible because he knows that affects the cost for the customer. He tries as fast as possible to reduce the cost for his customer. So far, he has done a good job but the tile and grout just went it, so we haven’t turned it on to try it.

The team from Stanley Cooper was great. Steve and Chuck worked hard to complete the entire removal and installation in one day. Working in a tight closet space and beneath the house in a small crawl space didn't concern them. They just focused on the job and got it done. They were sure to keep our house as clean as possible, using drop cloths around the work site. They also were patient with our dog, who dispite my best efforts occaisionly trotted over to insect the work.
Chuck took time to explain the operation of the new thermostat and tested all the functions of the new system. They took all the old machinery away and left out home clean and vacuumed!

Work was delayed by owner due to severe northeast winter weather which Cooper cooperated with reschedules several times. 3/6/14 became the installation day. Crew arrived 8:20 AM with all necessary equipment. Cooper crew were friendly, respectful and laid down tarps to protect property. Demolition and removal of the existing systems was completed with in 90 minutes. Field fabrication of sheetmetal adaptors were made which took more time than expected, new equipement set in place, electricfal supply, venting and condensate removal piping completed. This crew worked through lunch as project was lagging a little. Outdoor A/C equipment was set but could not be started or tested due to extreme cold conditions - will be rescheduled for start-up 4/30/14. As the work day began drawing to a close, the crew rushed a little to conplete all the work with clean up and have the furnace and heat back on by 4:43 PM. Unfortunately, this led to a small owner's punch list of minor things the owner wanted corrected. After contacting the Cooper project manager, a return date of 3/12/14 was immediately set up with NO arguments at all about the corrections, some of which Owner stated he would pay for as modifications, not in the originally contracted work. On 3/12/14, in spite of a transmission failure requiring the technician Chris to obtain a spare vehicle and necessitated a late start, all modifications were completed to the Owners satisfaction.
I would like to stress that ALL members of the Cooper team were cooperative at ALL times, responsive, concerend, involved and committed to my satsifaction. Mark Matthews - project manager, Chris, lead installer and Karen in dispatch all worked together. Some work perofmed was ABOVE AND BEYOND the scope of the original contract but was performed to satisfy me as the owner My experience with Stanley W. Cooper as been extremely positive adn I HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone needing HVAC, plumbing or other mechanical related work. I gladly "tipped" the installers for a job well done.

On the recommendation of a satisfied neighbor, I called Stanley Cooper. The salesman was informative, courteous, and well informed. Scheduling went very smoothly. The finished product performed as well as I had expected. The home office graciously answered all my subsequent questions. The entire job was handled very professionally. I would certainly recommend this organization to others.

3pm brian arrives. we discuss what I need done now, and a couple other things on my "I'll get to some day" list.
He took a look. We made a plan. He was done by 3:30. End of story.
If I knew he would have been done that quickly I would have found something else to do.
You can't, (and don't want to) see me doing my happy dance.

It went smoothly. The estimator was professional and actually filled out the paperwork for energy saving rebates, The work was great. The office personnel were not as service oriented. I paid my bill in person and since the bookkeeper was at lunch, the person in the office was not very responsive and initially wanted me to wait 30 minutes until the bookkeeper returned. (I was just dropping off a check!)

The manager showed up on time for the appointment to estimate replacement of A/C unit. He reviewed what was needed and provided pricing in a professional written document. We arranged for the installation, his foreman called ahead of time to confirm, his crew showed up and handled the removal/replacement of our A/C unit without incident.
