I liked that they kept coming back until they got it right and my wife and I were satisfied. Everything turned out very well. The interaction was good.

It was a great experience. They were punctual at showing up. They did give a quote initially that was a little higher than what we ended up spending. They said they would match price match on other estimates if they were not the lowest. They did match the price of a competitor. The time frame was around a 2 week period, whereas the competitor was around 6 weeks.

I've always liked Sears. This is a great store to shop in for appliances.

They came out to take care of it. It was a lady technician who came out and she did a really great job. She replaced a filter that had stopped working. She did a great job because she ended up cleaning my whole system. I had this chopping piece replaced a few times before. She came in and was here for an hour and she fixed it up. It works great now. They didn't charge me anything as it was under a warranty. The only thing that I didn't particularly like was that it took a really long time to get an appointment. I have a contract with them. When they come out they do a good job. It is just that their appointments are a little annoying.

Our water heater busted and flooded our basement 5 yrs ago, so like most we went to sears to buy a new water heater. Now being five years later the water heater we purchased from sears is leaking and re-flooding our basement. This is an emergency situation so i thought, but to sears our flooding basement because of their water heater (which by the way is covered under warranty) is apparently an issue thats going to have to wait for 2 weeks to be serviced. I spoke to about 6 different people and a supervisor all of which are useless~they have no emergency service for anything, so if you ever decide to buy a major appliance just beware that the knowledge of their technicians are dismal and their service crap. I will never again recommend or purchase anything from there again.

It went OK. No problems. They were somewhat cheaper than going to optometrist I have been using. I went while they were having a sale.

FELT LIKE I GOT RIPPED OFF. AFTER THEY SOLD ME THE TIRES, THEY INFORMED ME THAT THERE WAS SOMETHING ELSE WRONG WITH THE STEERING COLUMN THAT THEY COULD NOT FIX.

ONLY SERVICE AVALABLE IN AREA THAT WORKS ON VACUUMS. NEEDED TO WORK AROUND THEIR SCHEDULE. SLOW TO HAVE PART REPLACED DUE TO ORDER DELAY. OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS OKAY.
