How do you write a 5 star review when the work has not been completed yet. Our a/c went out on close to the hottest day last week. Rossi was out to look the same day. Blower motor went bad. Trane said we couldn’t get one for 5 to 10 days. I got a call from Pat at Rossi the next day and he said he found a used one they could put in until the new one became available. The tech was over within hours and our a/c is up and running. When the new motor comes in they’ll be back. That’s how you get a 5 star rating before the work is done. You can’t ask for more than that. Unbelievable .

My family recently moved into a new home that was overdue for new HVAC systems (2 zones - attic and basement). I contacted four different HVAC shops for quotes for both Carrier and Trane systems. We selected Rossi Mechanical, who is a Trane authorized specialist, for the job. They also replaced our old water heater with a higher efficiency Bradford White model. The team at Rossi Mechanical was great to work with from start to finish. Not only was the initial quote the most competitive, it was the most thorough and concise. The professionals that did the install were friendly, knowledgeable, and completed the job within the time frame promised. Even after the job, Rossi has been quick and responsive to any follow up questions I've asked via phone/email. Would definitely recommend.

We obtained several quotes. Of those company representatives we met, Rossi Mechanical had the lowest quote AND the owner, Patrick Kane, was among the most frank and honest of those we met. We explained to him the system we were looking for, and he did not try to sell us the most expensive system he offered. In addition, we were up against a deadline to get our HVAC system replaced when Rossi Mechanical told us they might have to reschedule us due to the departure of one of their employees. When I explained the situation to Pat, he rearranged other projects to get this done.
The install happened without a hitch.
Would definitely consider them again.

Rossi Mechanical overall did a great job.  There was an issue with my unit smelling musty (called dirty sock syndrome) that was addressed by the manufacturer of the unit.  That issue was resolved and the guys from Rossi Mechanical did a great job.  When we had questions later they always answered them promptly.  There was an issue where one of the guys working in the attic put his foot through my bedroom ceiling when he lost his balance but they had it repaired and you can't even tell anything happened.



When we needed a new hot water heater (emergency situation with water leaking from the old one on my hardwood floors) they came right away and put a new unit in at a very reasonable price.  I would hire them again.

They came out multiple to service my A/C unit and charged us each time and never corrected the problem.

Rossi simply does great work at a reasonable cost. Steve explained in detail how the new thermostat functioned once installed. He then did the preventive and went over items this service included.

The heating system's circulator went out on a Sunday morning. We had just moved into the house a few months ago and Rossi's sticker was on the unit. We called and left a message. The repairman called us back within a few minutes and promised to be at the house in an hour. He was there is less time and had even stopped off at the shop to pick up the part he thought (correctly) was needed. It was less than three hours between the time we called and when the repair was complete.

The service is under warranty and there was no cost. They were prompt. They do a great job in installing and servicing.

They were good. They carried only two brands of water heaters and they were of high quality. They were of the American breed. Everything about them was great. I would rate them A overall.

I had called Rossi Mechanical late last week (11/11/2010) in order to schedule a diagnostic check up of my Trane Heat Pump. Rossi Mechanical is an authorized Trane Dealer. The receptionist was very polite and took time to answer all my questions relating to the Service Call. An appointment was scheduled for Tuesday, 11/16/10 after 3pm. I was told the mechanic would phone me prior to coming. That day, at around 4:05pm, the mechanic from Rossi called and told me he was on his way and to expect him in about a half hour. About 30 mins later, he arrived, introduced himself to me. His name was Steve. He was very very polite, professional and took as much time as needed to explain various tests he would be performing. We have beige carpeting through most of the house and he was careful to remove his shoes before walking on the carpet. He was extremely knowledgeable about my heat pump plus he was very sharp. He obviously knew exactly what he was doing, without hesitation. All in all, I was very satisfied with the entire experience and would recommend Rossi Mechanical to anyone looking for some really sharp Heating and Air Conditioning people. I signed an annual maintenance agreement on the spot with Rossi Mechanical. Great experience!

My wife has allergies and she is extremely sensitive to certain smells and chemicals. Rossi Mechanical has been the only company who has been able to help my wife be comfortable. He was able to seal the house and find the correct filters. My wife could smell a small gas leak and they were the only company who was able to find it and fix it. They always come out right away. I called them with an issue and they scheduled to come out tomorrow, because I had meetings all day. They are responsive and they offer an emergency service.

I don't like someone who tells you what the price is over the phone, and bills you different when you do the work.

Rossi gave me the warranty originally. I have a high efficiency furnace. When I schedule an appointment they state they will be out sometime during the day. They do call to keep me informed of when they will be coming. This is a small operation. Mark, the owner, is really good at diagnosing problems and has lots of good experience. This warranty has saved me a lot of money.

I called M. Rossi for an estimate and Mr. Rossi promptly returned my call and, owing to the fact that it was a very straightforward job, was able to give me the estimate over the phone. His number was lower than the others so I gave him the job. The service was promptly scheduled for the following morning. The installation technicians were punctual, professional and courteous. The job was completed in a couple of hours and the water heater is humming along beautifully.

I called Rossi Mechanical today because I had no heat. I spoke with a lovely young woman who put me right on the schedule. Within 1 hour a polite man wearing a Rossi Mechanical Uniform was at my door. He was able to fix my unit because he had the part. I was pleased to write that check.

I called Rossi for an estimate/info and they had great customer service over the phone right from the start. They promptly called me back to discuss the problem and schedule an appointment. My appointment was for the last call of the day and the serviceman was only running slightly behind. He was friendly, very knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. Overall I was very comfortable with the entire experience.

Even though the estimate was not free ($175), it was taken off the total price since I purchased the package. The technicians were clean and professional and knowledgeable about the technology. I recommend this company to anyone thinking of going solar for hot water heating.
