Great !!! This was a small job but John found the time to do a thorough job very quickly. If he does this well with a small job, imagine what he would do with a larger project. We wouldn't hesitate to use John's services again. He is very knowledgeable and easy going.

Great, the guys do quality work, understand older homes and take the time to make adjustments to plans to work around houses quirks. John is also happy to brainstorm ideas with the homeowner and come up with solutions to any issues that arise.

I contacted John, the owner, he came right away to look at the problem, and explained what would need to be done, and got it done in a timely manner.

This was a much bigger job than I thought. John, Phoenix Renovation owner, understood details about openings of this sort that I did not appreciate.  As a result of work he did on the old lock and latch mechanism I was able to eliminate the unattractive dead bolt installed by a previous owner.  The holes and notches from the previous hardware placement have been filled so they are not obvious.  The insulating strips replaced and the door works smoothly.  The storm door works better than ever before.
The work took several days.  Each day before leaving the mess was cleaned up and  the house secure.
I am thrilled with the results of this project.  John's understanding of older houses was essential to the success of the project.  I love the sunligjht pouring in through the storm door on these cool spring days.

Phoenix Renovation did a great job fixing a very badly rotted porch column for me. I needed a laundry list of other work done to prepare my old home for sale, and Phoenix Renovation did everything I needed right on time and at a very fair price. They were a pleasure to work with.
