I had a very bad experience Saturday . First off when the delivery guys brought the dryer to my house they knew it was dented and jacked up they tried to offer me a discount to keep the delivery which I kindly declined why would I want a dented dryer I paid over $700 for. Secondly they never gave me a contact person I could call to reschedule my delivery I had to call multiple times to the store to get a response. This was poor customer service and unacceptable. Now fast forward to my rescheduled delivery date which was rescheduled for today they came out with my new dryer but did not bring the vent and bucket that was purchased with the dryer setup. I have reached out to the store and spoke with two mangers about my merchandise and have not gotten a call back from anyone so now I have a new dryer and is still unable to use it because it was not hocked up by the delivery guys. If anybody have a solution for the problem please let me know or I will be contacting the corporate office.

It's very quiet. I like the way their stores are laid out. They have more emphasis on the general public opposed to the contractors.
