John Pera is a sweet guy, his laborers were professional and they completed the job as described. There are a couple of imperfections on the floor, so I would give him a B+, but overall it was very positive. Did not price the job with other bids, so can't grade the cost.

JOHN AND HIS WORKERS WERE ON TIME AND COMPLETED THE JOB IN THE TIME QUOTED. THEY RETURNED TWICE TO REAPPLY VARNISH AND DID A GOOD JOB. THEY WERE A PLEASURE TO WORK WITH.
