They had to come back few times because of the part that has not installed properly. Unprofessional.

Its good the guys in the lumber department, they walked around to help me out. I am not fully knowledgeable but they was very instructive and helpful they made sure i got everything that i needed before I left.

Windows came in with all the molding not finished (not pushed in around the window frame) and one window glass was broken. The window supplier told me they were not going to do anything. That they believed that the order was placed wrong and if I wanted someone to come out it would be $380. I was told by Home Depot not to worry that no mater what they would make this right. Home Depot sent someone out and he fixed all the moldings. They ordered the sash and a month later came out and replaced that. I don't know if the windows were ordered wrong but the window company should have reassured me that no matter what this issue would be corrected. But thank you Home Depot, You Made It Right. You expect these new windows to come in correct. So there was some grief and about 5 extra weeks (on top of the 3 or 4 weeks for the initial order). All is well now

There was nothing negative. Everything was positive about the experience. Their pricing was reasonable. They did good quality work and if there was a problem they came out right away and fixed it. They were on time.

They did a great job getting it into a very tight space. I was very please with how prompt they were and the price of service. They even hauled away to old water heater.

Home Depot has always been really good.  Their prices are reasonable.  Majority of the people that work for them are just normal people, I mean they are guys that spend most of their life doing a trade, that retire and then work in Home Depot, so their knowledge is pretty expensive for most parts.  The prices are very competitive. 

The experience went well.  They knew what they were doing which is always a good thing.  They were on time and did their jobs.

See above.  I had a terrific experience with replacing our water heater.

They were very efficient and did a great job. We got a great deal. They finished the job within an hour. I would certainly recommend them to others.

I would give them an A overall. The price is fair. The quality is good.

I HAVE USED HOME DEPOT FOR GRANITE/MARBLE TOPS FOR KITCHEN COUNTERS WHEN I HAVE BEEN PRESSED FOR DECISIONS WITH CUSTOMERS. OVERALL THE WORK AND HELP ARE FINE, BUT WHEN COMPARED TO TRUE MARBLE/GRANITE COMPANIES, THE WORKMANSHIP IS NOT THE SAME. THE ORDERING PROCESS IS FINE, BUT WHEN IT IS TIME TO DELIVER THE MARBLE/GRANITE TOP TO THE WORKSITE, THE INSTALLERS ARE NOT THE BEST IN THE BUSINESS. IF THE OPPORTUNITY ARISES, WILL CONTINUE TO USE THEM, BUT NOT NECESSARILY FIRST CHOICE FOR THIS PRODUCT.

THEY WERE VERY HELPFUL WHEN I CHANGED MY MIND ON THE COLOR OF THE CARPET I PICKED. THEY WERE VERY CAREFUL MOVING MY FURNITURE AROUND WHEN THEY WENT FROM ROOM TO ROOM. THEY DID A BEAUTIFUL JOB! THE PRICES WERE AWESOME AND IT WAS DONE QUICKLY.

EVER SINCE THE NEW WATER HEATER WAS INSTALLED, WE NOW HAVE NOISY PIPES THAT RATTLE. WE NEVER HAD THAT PROBLEM BEFORE. A FEW YEARS LATER, WE ALSO DISCOVERED THAT ONE OF THE PIPES WAS NOT UP TO CODE. WE WOULD NOT USE HOME DEPOT AGAIN FOR AN INSTALLATION WHERE THEY SUB-CONTRACT OUT THE WORK.
